Green Infrastructure Strategy

the GIS presents how the submitted planning information and documents evidence that green infrastructure has been incorporated into the proposal from project inception, throughout the design and promotion process and will be secured for the lifetime of the proposed development. The GIS also demonstrates that in substance the requirements of Chapter 6 of PPW (and the stepwise approach) have been robustly addressed

LVIA Addendum

The LVIA Addendum provides additional information in relation to the potential cumulative effects of Swansea Local Development Plan (LDP) allocated site SD H: North of Waunarlwydd/Fforestfach in combination with the Proposed Development and should be read in conjunction with the Landscape and Visual Impact Assessment (LVIA) provided by Pegasus in December 2023

Transport Statement

The Transport Statement (TS) has been produced to respond to the post acceptance consultee response provided by Swansea Council as the Highways Authority, which specifically asked that a TS be prepared to accompany the application
